(morning class only) In the morning, we will begin our culinary adventure by visiting a nearby local market on our way to the farm. During this time, you will have the opportunity to witness the bustling activity of the market and indulge in some of the finest local foods and fruits.
Upon your arrival, you will receive a refreshing welcome beverage and we will have a conversation about the menu for the cooking class.
We will embark on a journey to our farm and collect the ingredients needed for your traditional Balinese dishes.
You will be taught by our experienced Balinese chef, who will lead you in the cooking process. They will show you how to use a mortar and pestle for grinding spices, using traditional techniques.
