Vegan Gado-Gado Salad with Rich Peanut Sauce (Vegan Version)
We begin our plant-based feast with Gado-Gado, a vibrant and refreshing Indonesian salad, presented in a fully vegan version. Featuring a colorful medley of fresh, organic vegetables – crisp beans, crunchy cucumber, tender spinach, and creamy potatoes – all sourced directly from local farms and potentially your own garden!
This salad is generously dressed with a luscious, homemade vegan peanut sauce, bursting with savory, sweet, and subtly spicy notes.
Imagine the satisfying crunch of fresh organic vegetables mingling with the velvety smooth peanut sauce, creating a symphony of textures and a delightful explosion of fresh, plant-based flavors.
