Escape to the Farm (Icebreaker & Harvesting)

Your event begins away from the heavy traffic of South Bali. Upon arrival at our Taro Village farm, your team is welcomed with local coffee and herbal tea.

The event kicks off with a guided, interactive walk through our organic gardens where colleagues work together to harvest the exact roots, vegetables, and spices they will use to cook.

The Balinese Cooking Challenge

We divide your staff into small, collaborative cooking teams. Each team shares a dedicated cooking station equipped with traditional Balinese tools.

Guided by our expert local chefs, colleagues must communicate and collaborate to grind Base Gede (spice paste) from scratch, mold Sate Lilit onto lemongrass skewers, and balance the complex flavors of Balinese curries.

We can introduce friendly competition elements upon request to see which team creates the best dish.

The Corporate Feast

After the woks are turned off, your team sits down together in our private, open-air dining pavilion overlooking the jungle.

They will eat the 6-course Balinese feast they just cooked, fostering connection and celebration outside of the standard office environment.
