Taman Dukuh Balinese Cooking Course

Bali Cooking Classes From Sanur

Staying in Sanur and looking for a real Balinese cooking class, not just a quick hotel demo or buffet session?

We run our classes on an organic farm in a quiet village near Ubud. It feels like rural Bali, with rice fields and gardens, yet it still works very well as a day trip from Sanur if we plan the timing.

Most guests who join our Bali cooking classes from Sanur either:

  • Combine a day in Ubud with the cooking class, or
  • Join the Morning Class, then explore Ubud afterward

Sanur is great for sunrise walks, calm beaches, and relaxed evenings by the sea.

Taman Dukuh is where we slow the pace, walk into the fields, and show you where Balinese food truly begins, out on the farm.

Daily Class Times

We host three Balinese cooking sessions every day:

  • Morning Class: 07:30 to 14:00
  • Afternoon Class: 12:30 to 18:00
  • Evening Class: 16:00 to 21:00

From Sanur:

  • Afternoon and Evening are usually the most relaxed options
  • Morning works well if you like an early start and want extra time in Ubud
