The Bali Cooking Class gift voucher is valid for one year from the date of purchase. This gives you ample time to plan and schedule your cooking class experience at your convenience.

No! However, the gift voucher is transferable, which means you can give it to someone else as a gift. However, it is non-refundable once purchased. We recommend confirming the recipient’s availability and interest before purchasing the gift voucher.

There are no specific age restrictions for the cooking class. However, children under the age of 12 should be accompanied by an adult for a better learning experience and safety reasons.

GIFT VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • The gift voucher for experiences and events cannot be turned into cash. If the cost of what you buy is less than the value of the voucher, the remaining balance stays on the voucher for future use. We can’t give you money or change on a card.
  • Taman Dukuh is not responsible for lost gift vouchers. If you lose your voucher, you can contact us for a replacement.
  • If your gift voucher is about to expire or has already expired, you can ask for an extension of up to 90 days. But remember, there is a fee of Rp 300,000 that you need to pay when you request the extension.
  • The Bali cooking class gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. The price and experience won’t change during that time.
  • When the Experience Voucher or Gift Card expires, the credits also expire and cannot be refunded. Expired credits are not valid anymore and cannot be used. Taman Dukuh will keep any remaining value from the expired credits.
