Sunset Farm Tour & Dinner
Your tour begins at 4:00 PM with a free pickup from central Ubud. We drive you away from the busy city to the quiet, unpolluted environment of Taro Village. We welcome you with a refreshing drink and take you on a short walk through our Taman Dukuh organic farm. At 5:45 PM, you sit down for a generous, multi-course Balinese dinner made entirely from fresh farm ingredients.
The Balinese Family Compound
At 7:00 PM, your local guide walks you into a real, functioning Balinese family compound. You go beyond the tourist areas and see exactly how local families live. Your guide explains the traditional architecture, daily routines, and the hierarchy of the family living spaces.
The Firefly Walk
At 7:40 PM, after the sun has completely set, your guide leads you into the local rice paddies. Because Taro Village is free from heavy city light pollution, it is one of the last remaining natural habitats for fireflies near Ubud. You walk along the flat paths of the ancient Subak irrigation system while your guide helps you spot the fireflies active in the dark. At 9:00 PM, our shuttle returns you safely to Ubud.
