What is Ayam Gecok made of?

  • Grated Coconut: Freshly grated coconut adds a rich flavor and texture.
  • Balinese Spices (Bumbu Kalas): This includes the aromatic Balinese spice blend known as “Base Genep,” which consists of various herbs and spices. It’s mixed with rice flour to create the seasoning.
  • Palm Sugar (Gula Aren): Adds sweetness to balance the flavors.
